How do I place my order?
  • You can call us or book online.
  • If you book online we will call you to confirm items and delivery time frame.
 
Is there a minimum order? 
  • Yes, the minimum order is $100.00.
 
Do you match competitors pricing?
  • Yes, we will beat any competitors written price by 10%.
 
Is there a delivery or setup fee?
  • If your delivery address is under 25 miles from zip code 60126 there is no fee. 
  • If your delivery address is over 25 miles from the zip code 60126 the fee is $150.

 
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
  • We offer a delivery window time frame of 9am – 5pm.
  • We try to work with every customer to satisfy your delivery time.
  • If you are in need of a specific delivery time we can arrange that for an additional fee. 


When will you deliver and  pick up my order?
  • Delivery and Pick Up day/time will be arranged by our dispatch team via telephone after you place your order. 

 
How long is the rental period?
  • All rentals are for a 24 hour period.  If you need more than 24 hours we can arrange for as many days as you need the items for at an additional cost. 
 
Can I cancel my order?
  • Yes, you can cancel the order 5 days prior to your event.
  • If it is less than 5 days prior there may be a cancellation fee since we were holding the inventory for your event.
